Our staff friendly, compassionate and gentle, and comprises of Certified Orthodontic Assistants, Radiology Certified Assistants and Coronal Polishing Certified Assistants. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars regarding OSHA, radiology, CPR and orthodontic training. |
| Angel |
Record Technician Angel is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant who has been in the dental field since 1985. She was in a general practice, then a periodontal practice before joining our practice in 1991. She takes x-rays, models, digital photos and other records for diagnosis and treatment planning but also is in the clinic and is a back up Treatment Coordinator. Angel keeps things upbeat and lively in the office and on the road and features outdoor activities and selling pumpkins in the fall with her husband, Steve, and three children in Massillon. |
| Grace |
Communications Technician Grace has been creating unique letters, flyers, newsletters and other written material since 1979. She is the office computer expert and is unparalleled in updating and purchasing new computer and office equipment that keeps us on the cutting edge. She and her husband, Nick, operate a family owned restaurant, the Sparta Steak House and Lounge, with their two grown children. Nick (wife, Stephanie) has two children Nicholas, III age 7 and Aristotle age 5. Nicole has two children Johnnie age 9 and Alexia age 6. Grace loves spending time with her family but she will travel anywhere from her Plain Township home as long as it’s warm. |

Financial Coordinator Judi has been in the medical/dental field all her working life and joined our practice in 1984. She is an expert at making financial arrangements and payment schedules that all families can afford. Her gentle and caring attitude make patients, parents, staff and doctors feel comfortable and at ease. Judi is an avid runner who lives in North Canton. It’s not unusual to see Judi out jogging in her neighborhood. She enjoys reading, running and spending time with her family and friends. She has two grown daughters, two son-in-laws and two very special grandsons. |
| Rhonda |
Treatment Coordinator Rhonda is a Massillon graduate who has been with our practice for 29 years. She is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant with her radiology and coronal polishing license. She has been a treatment coordinator since 1993. She is a practice leader who facilitates new patient exams and consultations, communicates well with other professional offices and helps keep our practice team working as a unit. Rhonda lives in Canton with her two sons (Trey a soccer/baseball player and Jake a scout/football player). She likes movies, gardening, home remodeling and learning new things. Most of her time is spent running her boys to sports events and other activities. |

Treatment Clinician Emily first began working in the dental field with Dr. Poporad, an oral surgeon in Canton, as a surgical assistant. She recently obtained her radiology license and certification in Orthodontic assisting and Coronal Polishing license. This knowledge will help further her education and love of the dental field.Emily and her husband, Ray, live in Perry Township with their daughter, Brooke. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, camping and spending time with her family. She is also a Certified EMT/firefighter, which she very proud of. She looks forward to learning as much as she can about orthodontics and with all the great patients we have, we know that will be possible. |

Scheduling Coordinator Anita has worked in the dental field since 1996, and she joined our staff in 2003 as one of the scheduling coordinators. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, decorating and watching movies. Anita and Bill live in the area along with her two children, Ryanne and her husband Nick and son Eric. They are anxiously awaiting the addition to their family of two grandchildren in the fall. |
| Linda |
Lab Technician  Linda graduated from the Akron Institute of Dental Assisting in 1980 and has since worked in general dentistry, periodontics and orthodontics. She has been an orthodontic clinician since 1994. Linda moved to our lab in 2002 and now fabricates all our in house appliances. Linda became a certified orthodontic assistant as of May, 2005 and has taken several appliance classes in New York to bring excellence to her skills in our Lab. Linda and her husband Mark love hiking and anything outdoors. They live in New Baltimore near that awesome ice cream stand - with their many cats they call kids. |
| Lyn |
Treatment Coordinator Lyn is one of our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinators. She is a twelve-year veteran of orthodontics and has been with our practice since January 2002. She has her Dental Radiographers license, is CPR certified and attends additional education classes on a regular basis. Lyn coordinates treatment between the patient families and doctors and keeps communication open between our practice, referring dentists and our patients. Lyn enjoys having the privilege of being a part of making a positive change someone’s life on a daily basis. Lyn and her husband, Bob live in the Canton area and love spending time with their family. Bob is a marathon runner; they have an 11 yr old son, Jacob, a daughter Amy who plays softball for Mt. Union College and other adult children and grandchildren. You will find them either attending or participating in a sporting event or on their hands and knees playing with their grandchildren. |
| Terri |
Clinical Coordinator Terri is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant, and has her Radiology and Coronal Policing License. Terri has supervised our six clinical staff members since 1993. She also orders all clinical supplies and has a wonderful rapport with all the staff and the families in our practice. She graduated from Canton South and still resides in that area with her husband, Jimmie. They have two daughters and a son. Nicole is a Pharmacist in Columbus, Ohio, Ashley is an RN in Canton, and their son Tyler enjoys racing motocross. |
| Kelly |
Scheduling Coordinator Kelly has worked in the medical field for the past 13 years. She previously worked in the Administrative and Management area before joining our staff as one of our Scheduling Coordinators in 2003. Kelly has lived in the Massillon/Tuslaw area for the past 24 years with her husband, Steve. They have a daughter, Kristen who is currently completing her college degree at Walsh University and a son, Michael, who is currently a junior at Tuslaw High School. She spends most of her free time with her husband, children, and their three dogs- Luther, Jack and Bentley. They enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends. |

Treatment Clinician Janet has worked in the dental/orthodontic field for over 20 years and has her Certification of Radiology. She joined our practice as a Clinical Assistant in 2003. Janet and her husband, Darrell live in Louisville with their two children Matthew and Megan. She loves spending her free time with her family doing fun things like water skiing and camping (any activity that keeps them outdoors). Janet is a cheer advisor for the 5th and 6th grade Little Leopards program. She and her husband are members of The Buckeye Corvette Club and enjoy spending time together riding their “little red corvette”. |
| Renee |
Treatment Clinician Renee attended Akron Institute and received a Certificate in Dental Assisting in February, 2005. She completed an externship in a general dentist’s office in Cuyahoga Falls. Her other duties in the office is planning our Theme Days each month and keeping the office decorations and contests up and running. Renee’s greatest joy is spending quality time with her beautiful daughter, Halle. She spends most of her free time taking Halle to dance lessons and recitals. When she has the chance she likes hanging out with friends, drawing, shopping and scrapbooking. |

Clinical Assistant Colleen has worked in the dental field since 2000, gaining knowledge in perio and general dentistry. She joined the practice of Drs Osborne, Bernard and Eimer in January, 2007 as a Clinical Assistant.Colleen lives in North Canton with her husband, Eric, and their wonderful daughter. She enjoys being active outdoors, decorating her home and socializing with friends. |

Clinical Assistant Kriss received her Certificate in Dental Assisting from Stark State College in June of 2006. She joined our staff the following September as a Clinical Assistant. She also assists as our Records Technician. Kriss lives in North Canton with her two children, Alexa and Christian. She loves gardening and interior decorating. In her free time she enjoys being with her family and socializing with friends. |
